FREE/TRIAL Listing:

Free/Trial listing with your 6 photos and ~ 20 'check-off'  items. You will be doing the photo upload to the website.

Any obligation for the Free/Trial?  None, just sign up on line and you are good to go.

After signup, click the FSBO Login to add your Listing and enter your property details and photos (6 max).

Editing is simple and the updated info instantly appears on the website. 

So, don't hesitate, use the FSBO Signup to set up then the FSBO Login to type in your listing.

Please note, we can't provide "hand holding" on the Free/Trial website, it's strictly a "do~it~youself" thing.

FEATURED Listing:

The FEATURED listing section of the website provides space for your 21 photos and over 200 'check-off' items about details of your home. We will do your photo edit/uploads of your 21 photos for you and we are available to answer "web oriented" questions. 

When you call us to become a Featured subscriber, we will build and activate your Featured web space promptly. You will then use your Login Name and Password to enter the web space for your property. You can make corrections, additions or changes at will from any place where you have Internet access. 

No contracts, no paperwork, nothing to sign, no credit cards, simply pay by check or on-line PayPal.

Introductory fee is $49 for a 4 month listing or $89 for a full year.
